Pumpkin muffins

I still have pumpkin frozen from last fall, so I'm trying to use it up.  Last weekend I made a pumpkin cake creation (with a lot of substitutions), this weekend pumpkin chip muffins were on the agenda.  Of course I didn't have enough chocolate chips, but I found some white chocolate chips in the freezer and they were extra yummy!
My poor little muffins didn't rise well (stupid altitude), but they are tasty.
